Info for schools

book your bus

  • Ensure buses are booked and you have communicated the ‘drop off’ location to the bus company (see map, coming soon). Regional Industry Education Partnerships (RIEP) is providing a bus subsidy to attending schools with $500 per school for bus hire or $250 if using your own schools' bus. Please reach out to your RIEP officer.

  • Check your allocated time slot: If you arrive outside your allocated time, students will not be allowed into the venue and will be asked to wait on the grassed area. This is essential as we must manage numbers for our safety management plan.

  • Contact TUC if you need to make any changes to your allocated time.

before the event

  • Review the following documents. We also encourage these to be shared with students:

    List of Exhibitors (coming soon)
